Compliance Requirements for Enhanced Itinerary and Marketing Materials
This section outlines the mandatory requirements for creating Enhanced Itinerary footers and other sales and marketing materials for your agency. These standards are implemented to ensure consistency across all affiliates and to prevent confusion among customers and viewers.
Standard Footer Usage Requirements

The standard footer must always be displayed in its original proportions.
Do not stretch, compress, skew, rotate, resize out of proportion, or otherwise distort the standard footer.
The standard footer must be used only in high-resolution format.
Pixelated, blurry, low-quality, or poorly rendered versions are strictly prohibited.
Color alteration, typography changes, layout changes, or design modifications are not permitted.
The standard footer must be placed on a white background only.
Ensure sufficient clear space around the standard footer to maintain visibility and legibility.
No other text or images may be aligned with or placed near the standard footer.
The standard footer must not be placed on backgrounds that compromise its clarity or readability.

All materials must display only:
Your agency logo, and
