Before confirming any flight booking, it is essential that both you and your passengers review and understand the Airline Fare Rules associated with the selected fare. These rules outline important conditions regarding purchase, cancellation, rebooking, and refund. Compliance with these terms ensures transparency and helps prevent any issues that may arise after ticket issuance.
Confirming and paying for the booking constitutes your acceptance of the fare rules, fare conditions, and the applicable rebooking and refund policies. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with confirmation or payment.
Where to Access the Fare Rules
The Fare Rules link is readily available within the fare search results.
You are strongly encouraged to read the fare conditions carefully before selecting a fare option or providing a quotation to your passengers.
Sharing the fare rules with passengers prior to confirming a booking helps manage expectations and ensures they are aware of any applicable restrictions or penalties.
Steps to View Fare Rules
Expand the Option’s Details
In the Fare Search results, locate the fare option you are interested in.
Click on the fare or the “More Details” button to display the complete fare details for that option.
Click “Fare Rules”
Within the expanded fare details, you will find a “Fare Rules” link.
Click this link to open the detailed fare conditions associated with the selected fare.
Review the Penalties Section
Once the fare rules open, scroll down to find the “Penalties” section.
This section outlines important restrictions and fees for each segment of the itinerary (e.g., outbound and return flights).
Review all penalty conditions carefully to understand what applies in case of changes, cancellations, or refunds.
Prior to final confirmation (and before payment), you will be required to accept both the Privacy Policy and the Fare Rules.
This acceptance step is mandatory for the booking to proceed.
Once a booking has been created, the Fare Rules link remains visible in the Booking Summary section for easy reference.
The Standard and Enhanced Itineraries both display the ticket penalties related to changes, cancellations, or refunds.
If the fare rules or penalties are not acceptable to the passenger, the booking should be voided immediately to avoid charges.

By proceeding with any booking transaction, you, as an affiliate, acknowledge that you and your passengers have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the applicable Fare Rules, including all terms of purchase, cancellation, rebooking, and refund.
You further acknowledge that both you and your passengers have reviewed and accepted the company’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of personal data.
Completion of the transaction constitutes the full and informed consent of both the affiliate and the passengers to these terms, without limitation or qualification.
