The Flights Booking Portal provides comprehensive access to all your Order and Booking information. Your Order includes the detailed record of what you have created within the portal, while the Booking refers to the Passenger Name Record (PNR). From the moment you initiate a search until your payment is finalized, the portal offers continuous updates and essential details regarding your transactions.

LGCY

Your Booking details encompass a variety of essential information including your itinerary, segment status, passenger information, and the overall status of your reservation.

The itinerary section outlines your travel schedule, including the dates and times of your flights, layovers, and final arrival. Segment status will provide updates on each leg of your journey, indicating whether segments are confirmed (HK), cancelled (HX), unconfirmed (UC) or had a change in schedule (TK).

Passenger information includes personal and documentation details for all individuals in your booking. A synchronize button is available to reflect any changes made to your booking. Simply click to update.

HK segment status means confirmed. Issued status means that the booking has been paid.

When encountering a segment with HX status in a ticketed booking, immediately contact the WCA Connect Team. For unpaid bookings, cancel the order and create a new one.

Finally, the overall status of your reservation gives a snapshot of the entire booking, reflecting payment status, any special requests, and additional services included, ensuring everything is in order.

The booking information also includes the airline locator, which you will use to check in this booking.

LCC

Unlike LGCY, LCC provides minimal booking information as syncing is unavailable. Segment statuses are also not provided by the carrier. However, the overall status of your reservation offers a snapshot of the booking, reflecting payment status, special requests, and any additional services included.
