Flight Search Options
Automatic Pricing
Our flight options are automatically priced, and fares are loaded directly by the airline.
However, please note that fares are subject to change. The portal is designed to warn you of any fare changes. If you do not wish to proceed with the increased fare, you have the option to explore alternative flight options available through the Flights Booking Portal.
The fare for a confirmed booking is only valid on the day it is booked. Once a LGCY booking's fare has expired, you may reach out to the WCA Connect Team for assistance.
Connection Times
Connection times are determined and loaded by the airline.
Always verify connection times and communicate them to your passengers.
If you or your passengers are unsure about a connection, of course, the Flights Booking Portal provides alternative options to better suit your needs.
Real-Time Availability
Flight availability shown in the Flights Booking Portal is based on real-time data from the airline’s system.
Seats may sell out quickly, so encourage your passengers to confirm bookings promptly.
Fare Rules and Restrictions
Each fare may come with specific rules and restrictions, such as baggage allowances, change penalties, or refund policies.
Always review these details and inform your passengers before confirming bookings.
Agency Debit Memo (ADM)
An Agency Debit Memo (ADM) is an official notification issued by airlines to travel agencies, indicating a discrepancy in a transaction that requires financial adjustment. This can occur due to various reasons such as duplicate bookings, churning, or any violation of airline ticketing rules.
The ADM serves as a formal request for the travel agency to settle the outstanding amount owed to the airline. It is a crucial tool used to maintain accurate accounts and financial integrity within the airline industry.
If your booking is subject to an ADM, you will be responsible for covering the associated penalty fees. The necessary deductions will be made directly from your wallet, ensuring that any outstanding amounts owed to the airline are promptly settled. This process reinforces adherence to ticketing regulations and maintains the integrity of your booking practices.
Duplicate Bookings
Duplicate or Dupe bookings occur when the same flight segment is booked more than once for the same passenger, leading to multiple reservations. Airlines use sophisticated systems to detect these duplicates to ensure efficient seat management and optimal flight capacity usage.
Duplicate bookings can result from errors in reservation systems or customer actions, such as booking the same flight through multiple channels. When identified, airlines typically send an ADM to the travel agency involved, requesting financial adjustments and reminding them of compliance with ticketing regulations.
Once a duplicate booking is detected, the Flights Booking Portal stamps remarks on your booking. This stamping serves as a recorded notice within the system, flagging the potential financial discrepancies associated with your dupe bookings. If such a scenario occurs, the airline may issue an Agency Debit Memo (ADM) and this typically includes a minimum fee of USD 40, which serves as a penalty for non-compliance with ticketing rules and helps ensure adherence to standard booking procedures.

Churning
Churning refers to the practice of repetitively reserving and canceling seats on the same flight segment. Churning can lead to complications in inventory management and can result in false demand signals for airlines. To mitigate this, airlines monitor booking patterns closely and may impose penalties or fees on agents or customers who frequently engage in this practice.
If such a scenario occurs, the airline may issue an Agency Debit Memo (ADM) and this typically includes a minimum fee of USD 40, which serves as a penalty for non-compliance with ticketing rules and helps ensure adherence to standard booking procedures.
Seat Wastage
Confirming a booking without subsequent payment within the payment time limit can also result in an ADM due to system abuse. If there is uncertainty regarding the passenger's intent to finalize their travel plans, it is advisable to provide a quotation instead. This precaution helps in avoiding unnecessary fees.
Failure to comply may incur a minimum ADM fee of USD 40, ensuring adherence to established booking and payment protocols.
