The WCA Mobile App
The WCA Travel mobile app is available for free on both the Apple App Store for iPhone users and the Google Play Store for Android users. The application can be downloaded by all affiliates and their passengers.

Within the mobile app, registered users can:
View detailed listings of all reservations made in the Flights Booking Portal, including both legacy (LGCY) and low-cost carrier (LCC) bookings.
Passengers can directly contact their assigned affiliate for inquiries and assistance.
The app provides real-time flight status updates, keeping affiliates and passengers informed throughout their journey.
Open the in-app browser and navigate to the Flights Booking Portal.
How does it work?
To ensure passengers can view their bookings, affiliates must first register with the mobile app. If the email address used for booking is not registered, passengers cannot see their bookings, even if they have an account.
The email address used for registration must match the one provided in the Affiliate Form.

Note: Passengers should register first before their booking is created.
The passenger's email address should be the same as the one used in the Passenger form. If a passenger does not have an email address, you can use your own. For multiple passengers, each must have a unique email address; if unavailable, the same email address can be used for all passengers.

How to register?
Registration to the application is easy. All you need is your preferred username and email address. Note that the email address should be used in the bookings as described above.
To complete registration, you need to enter the verification code found in the welcome email. This step ensures the security and authenticity of your account.

How to reset password?
If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgotten Password" link on the login page. You will receive a verification code in your registered email. Enter this code to set up your new password and regain access to your account.
Profile Management
To manage your profile in the mobile app, navigate to the "My Account" section. Here, you can update various information such as your name, email address, phone number, and other personal details. After making the necessary changes, click on the "Edit Account" button to ensure all your updates are securely stored.
