Travel Insurance is available only for users of WCA's flight booking portal. If you don't have access to your portal, please contact your Mother Team Leaders for the necessary steps to activate it.

Travel Insurance: Select this option in the Main Portal to purchase travel insurance for your passengers. Complete all fields accurately to ensure the policy's validity.

You'll receive the complete travel insurance details in the provided document, which outlines all the coverage and benefits included in your policy. For the latest terms and conditions, simply scan the QR Code included in the policy.

Travel insurance is non-refundable once issued. Claims are reviewed and subject to the insurance provider's approval based on the terms and conditions of the purchased policy.

Note: The Affiliate Service Fee is not included in the travel insurance fee. You may add your own service fee when presenting the quotation to your passengers.
