Types of Requests

If you encounter any of the following concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to the WCA Connect Team:

  • Manually issue bookings that encountered ticketing errors or expired payment time limit.

  • Ticket voiding which is permitted until:

    • 10:00 PM Manila time on the issuance day for PH-LGCY bookings.

    • 10:00 PM Canada time (EDT) on the same calendar day the ticket is issued or 10:00 AM Manila time (PHT) the following day for CA-LCY bookings.

  • Ticket refund.

  • Rebooking or reissuance.

  • Special booking modifications of PH-LGCY bookings.

  • Purchase additional services if they are not available in Flight Assist.

  • Travel Insurance but must launch request through the WCA Main Portalarrow-up-right.

  • Any other LGCY booking inquiries.

Always include your username, PNR and its source (CA-LGCY or PH-LGCY), and detailed request information to ensure efficient assistance and avoid unnecessary back and forth. Use only your verified email address when contacting them.

For requests that require airline approval, please note that processing times may vary. If such a request falls on a weekend or holiday, please expect a delay in resolution. In these cases, we recommend seeking an alternative solution from the WCA Connect Team.
