Confirmed LGCY bookings has a 6-character PNR or Passenger Name Record.

Fare
Fares expire the following day. If the payment time limit is active yet it crosses over to the next day, always refresh your portal first to avoid any errors. This step ensures that your booking is up-to-date, thereby minimizing the likelihood of discrepancies. If you notice that the payment was successful but the ticket is not issued, do not hesitate to take prompt action. Send an email to the WCA Connect Team. This will help our support team quickly address any issues and ensure that your ticket is issued without further delay.
Payment Time Limit
Our payment time limit for LGCY bookings is five hours. This is enough time for you to check the booking details, top-up your wallet, request special booking modifications, and secure authority to pay using a credit card.
Here are our payment options:
Pay B2B - Payment will be deducted from your Deposit General Wallet. If you do not have enough funds, you will not be able to use this option. All bookings paid through the wallet will have a payment status of PaidB2B.

PayPal - If you wish to pay using your Card, you can select PayPal. Ensure you fill out our Card Transaction Confirmation Form with the cardholder's ID then send it to [email protected]. For CA-LGCY bookings, cut-off of sending the documents is 10:00 AM MNL time. You can pay including your Manual Service Fee which will automatically be topped up to your wallet.
Note: While card payments are available, we strongly recommend using the Deposit General Wallet (Pay B2B). This method saves a convenience fee of 5%, providing a cost-effective alternative to card transactions.

When paying through PayPal, you have the option to include your Manual Service Fee (MSF). If you select this option, the MSF will automatically be topped up to your wallet, providing a convenient way to manage your service fees alongside your payments.

All bookings paid using a card will have a payment status of Paid.

To ensure that you acknowledge the amount to be paid and the related policies for your selected payment option, please accept the terms indicated for each option. If you do not agree with the terms, you have the option to cancel your booking.

Important Reminders:
If you choose to pay later and your booking remains within the payment time limit, simply click the ‘View Online’ button. This will allow you to view the available payment options at the time of ticketing.

If the time limit has expired, contact the WCA Connect Team for manual ticketing assistance. This request is free of charge.
Cardholders must be either affiliates or passengers, and all requirements must be submitted to [email protected] after completing the booking. Violation of this rule will result in the cancellation of your booking and the deactivation of your account’s card payment facility for a period of 1 to 2 years. Refunds, Voiding, Cancellations are all subject to non-refundable service fees. Please be guided accordingly.
PayPal is available from Monday to Saturday, from 12:30 AM to 03:00 PM Manila time.
When making card payments, please ensure that you complete and submit the Card Transaction Confirmation Form with the cardholder's ID. Carefully read all notes highlighted in the form.

Device Verification
To ensure the security of your booking, it is important to complete device verification. This step helps protect your account from unauthorized access and ensures that all transactions are valid. Before proceeding with payment and ticketing, you may be required to verify your device through a device verification link sent to your email.



Successful Payments
Once payment is successful, the ticket will be automatically issued. Ensure your B2B wallet or credit card has been correctly charged. Also, check the confirmation sent to your email containing the Standard Ticket of the portal.
If you experience a ticketing error with your booking, please contact the WCA Connect Team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your username and PNR for prompt assistance. Once they manually issue the ticket, verify that your booking status is updated to Issued from an Active status.
