Confirmed LCC bookings has a 9-character PNR or Passenger Name Record.

Please use this PNR when raising concerns to the WCA Admin Team.

Payment Time Limit

Our payment time limit for LCC bookings is 20 minutes. This allows you sufficient time to review the booking details. It is recommended to top-up your Deposit General Wallet before creating a booking. Failure to pay within this period will automatically cancel the booking, and the Order Create Fee of PHP 150 is non-refundable.

We only allow one payment option for LCC bookings which is Pay B2B. Payment will be deducted from your Deposit General Wallet. All bookings paid through the wallet will have a payment status of PaidB2B.

Payment status is available if booking is accessed through the Orders List.
Click on the Pay for the ticket button once you have confirmed everything is in order.

To ensure that you acknowledge the amount to be paid and the related policies for your selected payment option, please accept the terms indicated for each option. If you do not agree with the terms, you have the option to cancel your booking.

Acceptance of the payment terms will be included in the history of your booking.

Device Verification

To ensure the security of your booking, it is important to complete device verification. This step helps protect your account from unauthorized access and ensures that all transactions are valid. Before proceeding with payment and ticketing, you may be required to verify your device through a device verification link sent to your email.

Once you see this, check your email to verify your device. Always check your Spam or Junk folder if it is not in your Inbox.

Device verification is a one-time activity as long as you do not change your device or location.

Successful Payments

Once payment is successful, the ticket will be automatically issued. Ensure your B2B wallet has been correctly charged. Also, check the confirmation sent to your email containing the Standard Ticket of the portal.

If you experience a ticketing error with your booking or ecnounter an In Process status, please contact the WCA Admin Team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your username and PNR for prompt assistance.

In Process bookings will be updated to Issued if confirmed by the airline. If the airline does not confirm, the status will be Error, and all charges will be refunded to your wallet.
