Fare Validity
Please be advised that for CA-LGCY fares, we will follow the Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) timezone, which is observed in Canada. The time difference between the Philippines and EDT is 12 hours — the Philippines is ahead by 12 hours.
For example, a fare valid until 11:59 PM EDT will correspond to 11:59 AM the following day (Philippine Time). If you select a CA-LGCY and you confirmed, refer to the table below on its fare validity:

If the fare has expired, which may occur when crossing over to the following day, please coordinate with the WCA Connect Team to refresh the fare for you, then proceed with auto-ticketing if the booking is still within the 5-hour time limit.
Additionally, if the payment time limit has already lapsed, you may request the WCA Connect Team to manually issue the ticket on your behalf.
Please ensure to monitor the fare and time limits to avoid delays in ticket issuance.
