Special Booking Modification

Special modifications for bookings with SRC, DIS, CHD, INF, and INS passengers are essential for ensuring compliance with airline regulations. Each category has specific requirements that must be meticulously adhered to in the booking process. Additionally, these modifications might include OFWs but are subject to policy.

These modifications might include fare adjustments and documentation checks. Strict compliance with these procedures is imperative, as failure to do so may result in Agency Debit Memos (ADMs) being issued.

Automated ticketing is currently disabled pending the completion of a special booking modification. The WCA Connect Team will assist you at no charge. Once the process is finished, the Connect Team will notify you, and you can then pay for the ticket automatically through your Flights Booking Portal.

If you are able to immediately issue the ticket without needing to reach out to the WCA Connect Team, please take the initiative to do so. However, if you choose not to, and your booking receives an ADM, the amount will be deducted from your wallet along with the airline's ADM admin fee.
