Passenger Name

Ensure that you enter passenger information with care, and always check for spelling accuracy. It is recommended to book with a copy of the passenger's ID at hand. Double-checking the name is crucial to avoid penalties when requesting name changes. Also, name changes are subject to airline approval.

Note: Name spaces are not accepted but you don't have to worry as long as the spelling is correct.

Manually entered passengers are automatically saved in your profile.

You have the option to choose a profile from your saved passengers list.

When selecting a saved profile, always confirm the passenger's name and other details.

Important notes:

  • Always ensure passenger names correctly match the valid ID presented to you.

  • The Flights Booking Portal requires at least two letters in the Last Name field. If your passenger's last name has only one letter, such as "Q," please contact the WCA Connect Team at [email protected] and provide a copy of the valid ID. They will verify with the airline on how to proceed with entering the passenger's name.

If the passenger's first and/or last name matches the affiliate information, you'll be prompted to confirm the details. Click "Confirm" to create the booking or "Cancel" to return to the passenger information page and make adjustments.

The last name matches the affiliate's surname.
First names match between the passenger and the affiliate.

Passenger Email Address

To ensure passengers can manage and view their bookings in the WCA mobile application, it is important to enter the email address they used during the registration process. If the passenger has not yet registered and you proceed to issue their booking, the booking will not be visible in the application.

Documentation

Domestic Flights:

  • Any valid identification card can be used for Adult (ADT) passengers, including Passport.

  • For a traveling child (CHD), provide their school ID. If unavailable, use the birth certificate number. A passport is also acceptable, even for domestic travel.

  • When booking for Senior Citizens (SRC) and Persons With Disabilities (DIS), ensure you input the OSCA and PWD ID details. Failure to do so will result in the passenger having to pay back the discount and may lead to an Agency Debit Memo (ADM). To know more about this, please go here.

International Flights:

  • Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel date.

  • If a passenger's passport is up for renewal, the same passport number can be used with an extended expiry date. Once the new passport is issued, please contact the WCA Connect Team at [email protected] to update the information.

Prepaid Baggage Fee

The prepaid baggage fee is shown before booking confirmation. For LGCY, this fee is displayed only for domestic flights. You can book prepaid baggage through Flight Assist after the ticket is issued.

The baggage fee applies per segment of your PR domestic flight.
