SRC and DIS Fare Discount

Senior Citizens (SRC) and Persons with Disabilities (DIS) receive a 20% discount on domestic fares and are exempt from VAT on Philippine Airlines domestic bookings.

• Booking classes O, U, T, E, and K are subject to VAT exemption only.

• All higher booking classes qualify for the 20% discount.

When booking for SRC and DIS passengers, ensure you input the OSCA and PWD ID details in the Passenger Information page.

Before you can issue the ticket, an ID Endorsement to the PNR is required. Request this from the WCA Connect Team at [email protected]. Include your username, PNR, and a copy of the OSCA or PWD ID of your passengers in the email request. Once the endorsement is complete, the Connect Team will notify you, and you can then pay for the ticket automatically through your Flights Booking Portal.

The same ID used in the booking must be presented upon check-in at the airport. Failure to do so will result in the passenger having to pay back the discount and may lead to an Agency Debit Memo (ADM).

Notes:

• If the SRC or DIS passenger does not have a valid ID, they will not be eligible for a discount. In such cases, cancel the current booking, create a new one, and tag them as an Adult passenger.

• If you are able to immediately issue the ticket without needing to reach out to the WCA Connect Team, please take the initiative to do so. However, if you choose not to, and your booking receives an ADM, the amount will be deducted from your wallet along with the airline's ADM admin fee.
