Tax Exemption
Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and returning OFWs are often eligible for tax exemptions on certain goods and incomes. To avail of these tax benefits, they must present documentation such as their valid passport, proof of overseas employment contract, work visa or permit, and certifications from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) or the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Additionally, returning OFWs may need to provide proof of their return, such as travel documents or a certificate of repatriation, for specific exemptions.
For more information, or if you require assistance with verifying a passenger's eligibility for travel tax exemption, you can also contact the WCA Connect Team at [email protected]. Make sure to include your username and the concerned PNR in your inquiry. This will help the team provide you with accurate and timely support.
Note: This special modification is applicable to PH-LGCY bookings only.
